Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club Times and Location

Our school breakfast club takes place in the dining hall from 8.00am-9.00am.  The children should enter the dining hall via the P1 playground area around the back of the school.  We ask that parents do not park in the school car park when dropping off, but instead park in either the surrounding streets or in the Dundee and Angus College car park. This minimises the amount of traffic coming in and out of the school while children are walking through.

Breakfast Club Costs

The school breakfast club costs £2.00 per day and should be paid using Parent Pay, if you are having any issues paying then you should contact the school office on 01382 438840 as soon as possible.

Should your fees be outstanding a member of staff will contact you as a reminder. Fees should be kept up to date to ensure your child does not lose their space.

Attendance

Should your child be absent from breakfast club please let us know by phoning the school office on 01382 438840 and leave a voicemail. Should a child not attend breakfast club for 3 consecutive weeks    without explanation their place will be offered to someone else.

Staff

Our Early Years Support Assistant, Mrs McRitchie will supervise the breakfast club and Jeannie from Tayside contracts will prepare the children’s breakfasts.

Start of the School Day

P1 to P3 children will go to their classes through the school building at 9.00am.

P4 to P7 children will go into the school playground at 8.55am and line up with their class.

Food

Breakfast consists of a range of cereals, yoghurt, fruit and toas and a drink of milk or water.  If your child has an allergy please let us know prior to them starting breakfast club so that we can meet their dietary requirements.
